Despite being handed a 5-year, $55.5 million deal this offseason, Bucs WR Vincent Jackson is still motivated. "The one thing about Vincent is this: He’s made it very clear to me that he wants to become an elite player," WRs coach P.J. Fleck said. "He’s been very good and he’s done a lot of good things in the National Football League, but I think there’s still a carrot in front of him that he’s chasing.” That's key for a guy that just got paid. We don't doubt Jackson's skill or work ethic, but his ceiling will be capped in Tampa's run-heavy offense. V-Jax is currently sitting just 27th in our WR rankings.
