Tim Hightower says he’s ready for camp

Redskins RB Tim Hightower (ACL) expects to be ready for the start of training camp next week.  It's unclear if he's received medical clearance from team doctors, which is what really counts.  Hightower is 9 months removed from that torn ACL and took part in individual drills during June's minicamp.  If he's healthy, Hightower is a major threat to Roy Helu's starting job.  Helu is more talented, but HC Mike Shanahan has a thing for Hightower.  It'll be a situation to watch closely in camp and preseason.
