Sidney Rice puts in full practice

Seahawks WR Sidney Rice (concussions, shoulders) put in his first full practice of the offseason on Tuesday.  "It was the first time he has had a full-blown day where we've cut him loose and let him do everything," HC Pete Carroll said.  Rice reportedly took a big hit from S Earl Thomas but bounced right back up.  "He got banged around, which was great," Carroll said.  "He made some good catches today. He looked very fast out there, and it's exciting to see. This was the first day that I really feel like, 'OK, he's in it now.' "  Rice is slowly getting healthy, and he should enter the season as Seattle's #1 WR.  But after last year's concussions, plus dual offseason shoulder surgeries, durability remains a major concern.  We'd still only feel comfortable drafting Rice as a fantasy backup.
