Redskins RB Roy Helu remains sidelined by soreness in both Achilles. He's being allowed to warm up but isn't doing anything in practice. He's unlikely to play in the team's 3rd preseason game this weekend. “I’ve had tight Achilles for some time, and then eventually, just going into camp and running every day, my left one just ended up hurting and then my right one is just more tight than anything,” Helu said. “The left one’s getting better. Everything’s becoming more – not as tight. I’m not sure what the word is, but it’s got more bounce in it.” We're now on board with the Redskins coaching staff: Helu has major durability problems. When healthy, he's still the most talented back on the roster. But it doesn't look like he'll have a big role early on.
