Brandon Lloyd Traded to Rams

NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora is reporting that the Broncos have agreed to trade WR Brandon Lloyd to the Rams.

It’s a best-case scenario for Lloyd. He’ll be reunited with offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, who helped Lloyd post a career season in Denver last year. Lloyd knows the offense and will immediately become the top option in the passing game. And in Sam Bradford, Lloyd will be catching passes from most talented QB he’s ever worked with.

Lloyd started his career with three seasons in San Francisco, then spent two years in Washington and a year in Chicago before reaching the Broncos.  This is his third year with the Broncos, and he had a breakout year last year catching 77 passes for 1448 yards and 11 TDs, all career bests for the 9 year veteran.
