Mario Manningham has agreed to terms on a two-year contract with the 49ers, according to Jason La Canfora o fNFL Network who cites a league source.
Manningham visited the Rams on Saturday and was also drawing interest from the Dolphins, a league source said.
A third-round draft pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, Manningham had 160 catches for 2,315 yards and 18 touchdowns in four years for the Giants.
