Lions Jahvid Best Likely to be on the PUP List

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Lions RB Jahvid Best (concussions) is likely to open the season on the PUP list. That’d cost him the first 6 games. Detroit would then need to decide whether or not to activate him for the rest of the year. The news isn’t all that surprising considering Best still hasn’t been cleared for contact.
