Kevin Kolb puts in limited practice Wednesday

Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (concussion) put in a limited practice on Wednesday.  It means he’s passed his baseline tests.  Barring a setback, he’ll start against the Browns this weekend.  But Kolb is a weak fantasy play against the league’s #3 QB defense.
