Jordan Shipley may not be ready for camp

Bengals insider Geoff Hobson calls WR Jordan Shipley (knee) a candidate for the PUP list.  He's presumably referring to the training camp PUP -- rather than the regular PUP that would keep Shipley out for the team's first 6 games -- but it's still a surprise.  Shipley tore his ACL way back in September and was reportedly medically-cleared in May.  But he recently revealed that he's still experiencing some stiffness in the surgically-repaired knee.  He's clearly not out of the woods yet.  We'll keep a close eye on Shipley this summer, but the Bengals' slot man is shaping up as nothing more than a late-round flier in fantasy drafts.
