A league source tells Pro Football Weekly that Bears QB Jay Cutler has improved his decision-making over the past few seasons. “(Cutler is) managing the game better,” the source said. “He’s not making as many dumb mistakes. He’s not forcing the ball as much… In Denver, he was spraying the ball all over the place.” Cutler tossed just 13 INTs on 314 attempts last season -- good for a career-best 2.2% INT rate. It's another sign that he's maturing as a QB. Cutler has always had the physical tools to dominate at the NFL level. Now reunited with WR Brandon Marshall, he has top-10 fantasy upside in 2012.
