The Saints will go with Garrett Hartley as their starting kicker this year. They released K John Kasay today. It was Hartley's job to lose, and he did nothing to lose it by going 6 of 7 on FGs this preseason. Sporting a career 84% conversion rate, Hartley is an elite fantasy option in New Orleans' high-powered attack.
