Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe has signed his 1-year franchise tender and will report to training camp. He ended up missing about 3 weeks of camp and the first 2 preseason games. It's a concern with the team installing new OC Brian Daboll's offense. Bowe still has 3 weeks to get acclimated though. We never lowered him in our rankings.
