Good news for any Kyle Rudolph believers out there. "Tight ends are a quarterback’s best friend," Christian Ponder told the Star Tribune after the first day of training camp. "So they’re going to catch a lot of balls this year. I’ve built up a lot of chemistry with Kyle. I think we just click. He finds ways to get open and I have a lot of confidence throwing to him." The arrival of John Carlson in free agency gave many pause, and this still figures to be a run-leaning offense. However, Rudolph sure seems to carry lots of upside as a fantasy TE2 -- especially as a red-zone target on a team weak at WR.
