Calvin Johnson gets monster 7-year extension

The Lions and WR Calvin Johnson have agreed to a 7-year contract extension worth $132 million.  Megatron gets $60 million guaranteed and is now signed through the 2019 season.  It's the richest WR deal in NFL history, and Johnson is certainly worth it.  Still only 26 years old, he's the most dominant player in the game.  He's scored 49 TDs in 76 career games and sports a 16.0 yards-per-catch average.  Johnson and QB Matt Stafford should continue to tear it up for the better part of this decade.
